Healthy roots are the most important part of a plant’s life! The Root Plus pot ‘air-pruning’ structure provides your plants with a healthy root structure.

What exactly is root ‘air pruning’? The walls of Root Plus pots have a conical texture. This makes the roots grow towards the ventilation holes without becoming tangled. When the root tips reach the ends of the holes, they come into contact with the air and dehydrate, which automatically causes more root hairs and new root branches to grow. This process then repeats over and over again until the plants develop the strong root structure needed to absorb water and nutrients for vigorous growth.
