How to grow "Chinese chives" from seed

Successful growth requires well-drained soil enriched with nutrients. Loosen the soil and remove weeds to provide plants with enough space and resources. Sow seeds at suitable spacing, forming rows for unrestricted development and good air circulation. After sowing, cover them with a thin layer of soil and water carefully to provide a moist environment for germination.

During growth, it is important to maintain an optimal moisture level and avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Feed plants regularly with organic or mineral fertilisers that provide the nutrients needed for healthy development.

Weed and pest control is essential for good plant growth. Check plants regularly to avoid competition from weeds and pest attacks. Take suitable protective measures when needed.

Once the plants reach maturity, harvest the stalks carefully to preserve their freshness and high quality.
