OptiClimate 3500 PRO3 is a water-cooled air conditioner that cools the air using water and heats it with ceramic heaters. It is a self-contained climate-control system that perfectly controls the indoor climate while consuming the least possible energy. OptiClimate has a water inlet and outlet. The inlet is connected to the water supply. Cold water is used to cool the air, causing the water temperature to rise from 35°C to 50°C. This hot water is then discharged through the water outlet or recycled.

• PRO3 comes with an included remote control (controller), which allows all processes to run fully automatically and be monitored at the same time. Once the minimum temperature (night mode) and maximum temperature (day mode) have been set using the remote control, OptiClimate will heat or cool according to the night or day setting, ensuring that the preset temperatures are not exceeded. The night or day setting is controlled by a light sensor. In the day setting (cooling), OptiClimate also dries the air. If necessary, using the included hydrostat, OptiClimate can also dry the air in the night setting, thereby reducing humidity.

• OptiClimate dries the air by continually finding the right balance between heating and cooling. This allows the dehumidification function to operate even after the desired temperature has been reached. OptiClimate's dehumidification capacity is more than sufficient for most applications. It is one and a half to two times more effective than a construction dehumidifier.

SAFE AND SECURE CLIMATE CONTROL! 

1. The built-in temperature safety switch ensures that the lights switch off if the set maximum temperature is exceeded, for example when the water supply is disrupted.
2. OptiClimate is fire-safe because all electrical components, including the heating and connections, are installed in a steel enclosure.
3. OptiClimate has an alarm output that can be used to send an SMS alert in the event of a malfunction.
