Milwaukee MW600 PRO – professional dissolved oxygen (DO) meter

Milwaukee MW600 PRO is a professional portable dissolved oxygen (Dissolved Oxygen – DO) meter designed for aquaculture, hydroponics, laboratories, wastewater treatment plants and water analysis. The instrument provides fast, reliable measurements in the range 0.0 – 19.9 mg/L, features automatic temperature compensation (ATC) and a high-quality MA840 polarographic probe for maximum accuracy in daily use.

Dissolved oxygen is one of the most important indicators of water quality. It directly affects plant development in hydroponic systems, fish health in aquaculture and the efficiency of biological processes in water treatment. Milwaukee MW600 PRO is designed to provide accurate and reliable measurements both in laboratory conditions and in the field.

The instrument uses a MA840 polarographic probe with automatic temperature compensation, which eliminates the effect of temperature on the results. Calibration is easily performed at two points – in 100% saturated air and in a zero-oxygen solution, ensuring high measurement accuracy.

The large LCD display clearly shows the measured values, while the compact housing makes MW600 PRO easy to carry and use on site. The instrument is especially suitable for monitoring oxygen in nutrient solutions, reservoirs, ponds, aquariums, fish farms and various water systems.

The polarographic probe has a replaceable membrane and electrolyte, making maintenance easier and significantly extending the service life of the measuring system. Low power consumption provides up to approximately 70 hours of continuous operation on a single 9V battery.

📋 Instructions for use

1. Connect the MA840 probe to the instrument.
2. Remove the protective cap and make sure the membrane is clean and filled with electrolyte.
3. Calibrate the instrument according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Immerse the probe in the solution being measured and wait for the readings to stabilize.
5. After measurement, rinse the probe with clean water.
6. Store the probe with the protective cap fitted and periodically check the condition of the membrane and electrolyte.

⚠️ Important: For maximum accuracy, the manufacturer recommends regular calibration, periodic membrane replacement and topping up the electrolyte when needed. A damaged or contaminated membrane can lead to inaccurate measurements.
