Made entirely of stainless steel and aluminium, the MT Dry 500 is designed for intensive daily work. The cutting blades are made of food-grade nylon, which ensures gentle product handling and high wear resistance. Thanks to the machine's adjustable tilt, loading is quick and convenient, while the removable collection box allows easy collection of residual material.

One of the MT Dry 500's greatest advantages is its exceptionally easy maintenance. The drum, motor and electrical components can be removed without tools, allowing complete cleaning in under one minute. The manufacturer recommends using hot pressurised water for optimal cleaning and maintenance.

The machine also offers 2-in-1 functionality. By replacing the standard drum with a 120-micron drum for Dry Sift, the MT Dry 500 can be used as a pollen-extraction machine. When required, it can also be fitted with a CO₂ Cooling Kit, which cools the product during processing and increases trichome yield in Dry Sift production.

📋 Instructions for use

1. Place the machine on a level, stable surface.
2. Adjust the tilt according to the required load.
3. Load the dry material into the drum.
4. Start the machine and collect the processed product in the lower collection box.
5. After finishing work, remove the drum and clean the machine with hot pressurised water.
6. When required, replace the drum with a pollen drum for Dry Sift production.
