Gavita Hortistar 600

The reflector is one of the key elements of a successful setup. You may own the best ballast and the best lamp, but without a good reflector you lose a large part of the emitted light every day. Keeping the reflector in perfect condition is essential when you want good results. In the horticultural sector, we see reflectors lose more than 5% efficiency on average each year due to deposits, dust build-up and oxidation. This is valuable light that cannot reach your plants. Tests show that it is almost impossible to clean reflective material without damaging it; for this reason, we believe it is important that the reflectors we use are made from the best materials and that reflector parts can be replaced when necessary.

Gavita HortiStar 600 reflectors are supplied with a Vega aluminium reflector that can be replaced when needed without even having to unscrew the bulb from the lamp holder. The kit is suitable for use with HPS/MH lamps up to 750W. Installation is easy - with just two bolts.
