Master Trimmer Gentle 75 is a leaf trimmer designed for growers seeking a machine that operates more automatically, thanks to its loading container and silicone "fingers", which move and rotate the buds across the grid. Beneath it are two sharp and calibrated blades made of hardened steel, the height of which can be adjusted for more precise trimming. The trimmer's "fingers" are driven by a powerful gear motor that ensures constant power, even when the buds are large and heavy or the machine is dirty.

Unlike the smaller MT Gentle model, MT Gentle 75 is equipped with a rotation-speed controller for the silicone "fingers", allowing it to be adapted to the type and needs of the flower being processed!

MT Gentle 75 can easily be converted into MT Standard 75 simply by adding a grid, with no tools required.

• soft silicone "fingers" that move flower buds without damaging them
• powerful gear motor providing constant speed
• rotation-speed controller for the silicone "fingers"
• adjustable leg tilt for easier discharge of the processed flower
• large transparent lid for loading the container
• large side opening for easier removal of the processed flower
• made of 100% stainless steel
• adjustable anti-vibration rubber pads
• collection bag for trimmed leaves
• can process up to 25kg/h of wet flower

How to use MT Gentle 75:

MT Gentle 75 is designed for removing excess leaves and branches from plants and herbs that need to be prepared for essential-oil extraction or for drying the flowers.

Separate the flower buds from the harvested branches. Lift the top lid and place the buds to be processed into the loading container. The flowers must form an even layer over the entire surface of the grid, without areas of accumulation. Do not overfill the container or pile up the buds, otherwise you will not achieve satisfactory results. Once the machine is filled with unprocessed wet flower, let it run. When the desired trimming is achieved (after about 45 seconds), open the outlet door to collect the processed flower. Clean the machine from time to time and empty the bag of trimmed leaves.

Features:

• Designed to meet the requirements of large-scale growers. Fast cleaning of your plants.
• Built on the same principle as MT Gentle, but more powerful and offering a greater quantity of processed flower per hour.
• The gentlest way to trim your plants to perfection.
• The safest, cleanest and fastest way to clean your plants.
• Made of stainless steel without any type of paint, to prevent contamination of the flowers / herbs.
• Stainless steel is a hygienic, clean and durable material. It also prevents oxidation.
• With an electric motor and a high-power gear motor to move the flowers without clogging or overheating the motor.
• Adjustable tilt for fast release of the flowers.
• Very quiet.
• Equipped with a powerful motor and 4 sharp, calibrated hardened-steel blades for durable and precise cutting.
• The unit is supported by 4 legs that provide stability no other trimmer offers.
• Rotation-speed control for the silicone "fingers", allowing you to adapt the movement speed to the type and needs of the flower being processed.

2 trimmers in 1:

• Turn your MT Gentle 75 into an MT Standard 75 simply by changing the grid and adding 2 wings. No tools required. Depending on the plant type and cultivation method, you can choose whether to work with MT Gentle 75 or MT Standard 75.

Master Products MT Dry 500 is a high-performance professional machine for dry cleaning (trimming) flowers, designed for medium-scale growers seeking maximum productivity, precision and gentle crop handling. Thanks to its innovative cutting system, the MT Dry 500 preserves the structure, appearance and quality of the flowers while achieving a capacity of up to 22 kg/hour. The machine is compact, easy to transport, and can be disassembled and cleaned without tools in just one minute.

MT Dry 500 is designed for professional post-harvest processing of dry flowers, where final-product quality is of primary importance. Thanks to the carefully developed cutting system and the rotating drum with a diameter of 400 mm, the machine provides uniform and precise cleaning without affecting the structure and natural appearance of the flowers.

Made entirely of stainless steel and aluminium, the MT Dry 500 is designed for intensive daily work. The cutting blades are made of food-grade nylon, which ensures gentle product handling and high wear resistance. Thanks to the machine's adjustable tilt, loading is quick and convenient, while the removable collection box allows easy collection of residual material.

One of the MT Dry 500's greatest advantages is its exceptionally easy maintenance. The drum, motor and electrical components can be removed without tools, allowing complete cleaning in under one minute. The manufacturer recommends using hot pressurised water for optimal cleaning and maintenance.

The machine also offers 2-in-1 functionality. By replacing the standard drum with a 120-micron drum for Dry Sift, the MT Dry 500 can be used as a pollen-extraction machine. When required, it can also be fitted with a CO₂ Cooling Kit, which cools the product during processing and increases trichome yield in Dry Sift production.
