Cover for Sump is a cover designed to seal an existing sump in a tray when you wish to disconnect it from the system. Covering it prevents contaminants from entering and makes it easy to deactivate the sump in the tray without removing it.

Recommendations: The chiller should be cleaned every 3 - 4 months to remove any mineral deposits and limescale. Simply fill the chiller with clear vinegar, leave it for 24 hours and then rinse with water. Make sure you also place an air-circulation fan near the chiller to avoid heat build-up.

Please note:

1. The flow rate is determined according to the pump's maximum flow (submersible pump or another external power filter) and the circulation equipment.
2. Cooling performance is tested at an ambient temperature of 30°C, a pre-cooling water temperature of 28°C, a set temperature of 16°C and a chilled-water volume of no more than 100 litres. When the amount of water being cooled is reduced, the water temperature will drop.
3. Cooling efficiency is determined by the installation location, heat source, lighting, pump filter and other connecting parts. Special pumps and other accessories sold with Hailea series chillers must be used. Do not use alternatives to avoid affecting appliance performance.
4. When there is insufficient air exchange in a room, cooling efficiency is reduced if the ambient temperature rises due to heat from the unit.

Siphon Valve is a simple yet effective drainage valve with a siphon. It allows a tray to drain automatically to a selected level by adjusting the lift tube (“riser”). Suitable for automated mobile systems, it can provide continuous drainage if the riser is fully removed.

Detailed features

• Level adjustment: Three preset water retention and drainage levels, set by moving the riser tube.
• Continuous drainage: If the riser is fully removed, the valve drains the tray completely.
• Full tray: With the riser in its highest position, water is retained in the tray.

• Adjust the riser pipe to the desired filling and drainage threshold (3 levels or continuous drainage).

• Install 1–3 valves according to your needs and the available space in the filters — they are easy to fit and remove.
