VENTS VKF 4E 450 is a professional axial duct fan for systems that require high airflow at relatively low resistance. The model is designed for direct installation in an air duct and provides a maximum airflow of up to 4680 m³/h at a power rating of 250 W. Its robust steel housing with polymer coating, single-phase AC motor with ball bearings and integrated thermal protection make it suitable for greenhouses, warehouses, production premises and other professional ventilation installations.

VENTS VKF 4E 450 is part of the industrial series of axial fans VENTS OV / OVK / VKF. The main difference of the VKF is its construction designed for direct installation in a ventilation duct, allowing it to be easily integrated into supply and extract ventilation systems.

The fan is suitable for applications where it is necessary to move a large volume of air at relatively low system resistance. At a 50 Hz power supply, the model reaches a maximum airflow of 4680 m³/h, while the motor operates at approximately 1350 rpm and consumes 250 W.

The construction has been developed with an emphasis on reliability during continuous operation. The housing and impeller are made of steel with a durable polymer coating, providing mechanical strength and additional protection for the metal surfaces.

The 4E model uses a four-pole single-phase asynchronous AC motor with an external rotor. The motor has integrated thermal-overload protection, and the ball bearings are designed for a long service life. For this series, the manufacturer specifies a bearing design life of at least 40 000 operating hours.

Another important advantage is the possibility of speed control. When using a suitable thyristor or autotransformer controller, the speed can be controlled smoothly or in steps. This makes it possible to adapt the airflow to the actual requirements of the room.

The operating temperature range at 50 Hz is from -30°C to +60°C, allowing the fan to be used in a variety of conditions. The VKF series has a stated protection rating of IPX4.

⚠️ Important: VKF 4E 450 is an high-flow axial fan, intended mainly for systems with relatively low aerodynamic resistance. In systems with a high pressure drop, multiple bends, long ducts or highly restrictive filters, it is important that the fan be sized according to the actual operating point, rather than only according to the maximum free airflow.
