SuperPro - VAPOR-B1 - humidity controller
502,00 lei
Analogue humidity controller
VAPOR-B1 is a humidity controller that can control a dehumidifying or humidifying device. The controller can operate in different modes during the light and dark periods, which are switched automatically by the built-in photocell. It is easily set using the rotary knobs. Three illuminated indicators show the controller's current status.
WARNING: The controller is not waterproof. Install only where there is no risk of getting wet.
INSTALLATION:Plug VAPOR-B1 into a standard 220V socket. For permanent mounting, the lug at the top of the housing can be used.
Plug in the device (or devices) whose switching will be controlled. Make sure the maximum current (10 A, or about 2200W) is not exceeded. If you need to control device(s) with higher power, use a relay.
OPERATING MODES:Before using the controller, you must set the operating mode – dehumidification or humidification. Select the mode using the two rotary knobs. The controller must be connected to the mains.
To select "DEHUMIDIFICATION" mode: turn both knobs fully to the left. After a few seconds, the indicator lights will start flashing, after which only the RH- indicator will remain lit.
To select "HUMIDIFICATION" mode: turn both knobs fully to the right. After a few seconds, the indicator lights will start flashing, after which only the RH+ indicator will remain lit.
Once you have selected the operating mode, turn the knobs to the desired humidity values.
SETTING THE CONTROLLER:Set the knobs to the desired humidity values during the light (DAY) and dark (NIGHT) periods*. The photocell will switch between them automatically. When humidity exceeds the set value, the controller will supply power to the device plugged into it. As the controller has a 5% RH activation interval (hysteresis), it will supply power until humidity drops by 5%. When power is supplied, the "OUTPUT ON" indicator lights up
The example is for "dehumidification" mode. In this mode, the setting is the maximum permitted humidity. For "humidification" mode, it is the minimum.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
How do I know whether the photocell is working?
The photocell operates with a 20-second delay to prevent activation by incidental flashes of light or darkness. The green "DAYTIME" indicator on the right of the housing lights when the photocell is in daytime mode.
Can I connect more than one device to the controller?
Yes, as long as the maximum current (10 A, or about 2200W) is not exceeded. For continuous use, it is recommended that the load be up to 75% of the maximum permissible value.
The room humidity does not match the setting...
The humidity sensor is located at the bottom of the housing, enclosed by a plastic "cage". Check that the controller is not affected by other appliances or direct light, and that it has access to the same air.
The controller is not supplying power...
Check whether power is supplied to the controller. If the controller does not work, contact your distributor.
Are the red and yellow lights flashing?
The controller has been overloaded. Disconnect it from the mains and reconnect it after 5 sec. Check that the power of the device connected to the controller does not exceed the permitted limit (current up to 10A).
