Sowing method: from January to April, seedlings are planted in propagators, which develop best at a temperature of 25-30 o C and in a place well lit by the sun. We recommend that you use a propagator with heating , which will speed up germination and growth.

  • Before sowing, the seeds are soaked for 30 minutes in water to soften their shell.
  • Sowing depth: 1 - 2 cm.
  • It should be watered regularly and the substrate should not be allowed to dry out completely. We recommend the specialized seedling substrate CANNA Terra Seed Mix 25l.

  • Heat - heat-loving (20-30 o C), does not tolerate low temperatures (<10 o C).

Ready seedlings are planted outdoors or in a greenhouse in May, when the probability of frost has passed. If necessary, newly planted plants can be covered with plastic for the first few weeks. This helps acclimatize them.
If you want to grow it at home, you can look at the options for lighting , ventilation , tents , pots and other accessories.

Fertilization: during the periods of vegetation, flowering and fruiting. You can view our wide range of organic and mineral fertilizers here .

*After the outdoor season is over, plants can be transferred indoors and continue to bear fruit.
