From May 25, 2018 a new regulation for the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Union, entered into force. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of the data of natural persons from all EU member states and to unify the regulations for their processing.

In its capacity as the administrator of personal data for the sale of black and white goods at retail, "PLANINA 2010" EOOD (Internet store Urbanbotaniks.com) meets all the requirements of the new regulation, collecting only the data of individuals to the extent that it is necessary for the provision of the good or service, and keeps them responsible and lawful.

PLANINA 2010 EOOD carries out its activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

1. Your Account

Urbanbotaniks.com recommends that you maintain the confidentiality of the username and password (if you have one) with which you use the SITE to avoid unauthorized access through your user account. Thus, with each use of the SITE through the account (username and password), it is assumed that you assume responsibility for all actions that will be performed when using this account.

2. "PLANINA 2010" EOOD is not obliged to delete personal data if it stores and processes them:

• to exercise the right to freedom of expression and the right to information;

• to comply with a legal obligation that requires processing provided for in EU law or Member State law that applies to the Administrator or for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official powers granted to him;

• for reasons of public interest in the field of public health;

• for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes;

• for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

3. In order to exercise your right to be "forgotten", you should submit a request through the option in your profile or a written request sent to "PLANINA 2010" EOOD, as well as certify your identity and identity with the person to whom the data refers before "PLANINA 2010" EOOD, by presenting your ID card for identification purposes on the spot and, if necessary, entering your login details in the profile of the person to whom the data relates to an employee of "PLANINA 2010" EOOD.

4. "PLANINA 2010" EOOD does not delete the data that it has a legal obligation to store, including for defense in connection with legal claims made against it or to prove its rights.

"The e-mail address is administered and recorded as personal data, for the purpose of measuring customer satisfaction and for specific business purposes, against which you can send an objection to our addresses. Your e-mail address is stored by Pazaruvaj (Online Comparison Shopping Kft. H-1074 Budapest, Rákóczi út 70-72 .) as a data controller, for the purpose of surveys and through the use of questionnaires."

We use Retargeting.Biz (with registered office in Romania, Bucharest, Sector 2, 178 "Vasile Lescar" Str., fl. 2, VAT No. RO34270947, EIK:J40/3525/23.03.2015, email info@retargeting.biz , phone number +40-727-383-165), marketing automation software for e-commerce to analyzing, profiling and sending personalized communication and offers. For the purposes of data processing, profiling (tracking actions) and interaction with the website, Retargeting.Biz automatically collects and stores the following data: user email address, phone number, names, gender, address, city, county, date of birth, order number (ID), discount code, discount code value, order value, shipping value, product price, product/s, product variations, IP, browser, operating system, cookie, IP location, date and time, pages viewed, category/s, brand/s, picture click, mouse over add to cart button, scroll down-up, add to cart, remove from cart, select variations, add to wishlist, comment, like and share on Facebook, visit Help pages.
The group of targeted entities are visitors, registered users and customers of the website, as the case may be and the selected service. The data of visitors will be stored for a period of 2 months, and the data of registered users and customers will be stored for a period of 3 years.

4. Definitions

Personal data means any information used to identify a natural person, or its equivalent; an identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identification number or by one or more parameters of his physical identity - psychological, mental, economic, cultural or social.

The processing of personal data is any operation or set of operations carried out in relation to personal data, by automatic or non-automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure to third parties to transmit, distribute or otherwise form, join or combine, block, delete or destroy.

The data you provide are : name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number, name of the recipient of the order (addresses and telephone numbers), and financial data.

Anonymization means that the buyer's personal data (Names, Real address, Email address, IP address) will be irrevocably replaced with the inscription GDPR-DD-MM-YYYY .

5. A series of data is collected in an automatic module by Urbanbotaniks.com, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect the computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; information about your computer and connection methods, such as browser type and operating system version; data that is sometimes combined with similar information collected from other customers to create features such as "Best Sellers"; URL (Uniform Resource Locator) full time (including date and time), number of cookies; products viewed or searched for; as well as any telephone number used to contact our operators.

Also, Urbanbotaniks.com may use browser data, such as cookie, Flash cookie or other similar data collected through certain parts of the SITE for fraud prevention and other purposes.

When you visit the site and use our products, or visit a website where Urbanbotaniks.com publishes advertisements, content or analysis, Urbanbotaniks.com may place a cookie in your web browser. Upon expiry of the statutory period (e.g. for the purposes of tax and accounting reporting - 6 years (2190 days)) for the storage of personal data, they are anonymized ( replaced) irrevocably with the inscription GDPR-DD-MM-YYYY . Only the country, county, city and zip code fields for customers and orders are retained as they do not identify any specific person.

will be anonymized to the form:

Personal data is deleted, but all other information in the orders is saved: date, amount, exactly which items were ordered.

This way our reports will continue to work properly and we will have a history of your orders. Unlike other systems where all data is deleted, we keep as much of your data as possible, removing only personal data.
