Gavita systems - the most popular choice for growing plants in a tent or directly in the room. The recommended height of the lamp above the plants depends on the strength of the bulbs. If you use 750W or 1000W, it is good for a tent to be 215 and 240 cm high, respectively, while at 600W and 200 cm it is enough.
Gavita's master controller allows you to control and dim up to 40 reflectors with lamps, with the option to adjust to simulate a smooth sunrise and sunset - which reduces plant stress.
